Community Active Travel Support Service (CATSS) has been developed to help third sector organisations encourage walking, wheeling and cycling in marginalised communities. The programme also assists projects aimed at a specific group which experiences inequality. Third sector organisations receive support to set up / develop initiatives that will encourage more people in their community to walk, wheel or cycle more. Organisations taking part will also be able to access free training in skills such as fundraising, community engagement, and evaluation to develop the capacity of their organisation.
